Carol Holley is an associate in Cooley’s London litigation department, and is part of the international product liability and product compliance team. She advises world leading brands on product compliance and regulatory matters, ranging from new product launches, to issues that can arise throughout the life of a product. Carol has a particular interest in policy work, including advising a client in relation to the new goods package legislation.
