Vinson & Elkins – Special situations: private equity investments in distressed assets, THE topic of 2020

The session will look at the type of work Vinson & Elkins do for private equity clients in the special situations space; what you can expect in day-to-day life when advising on such transactions and do a deeper dive in a couple of case studies of recent deal activity in the sector.  The session will be led by Emilie Stewart, who will be joined by other members of the graduate recruitment team and trainees from Vinson & Elkins for a Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
