Working through a realistic client scenario, attendees will identify legal and commercial risks, respond to regulator and board-level pressure, and consider how lawyers give practical advice when the law is still developing.
The session will introduce you to Cooley’s tech reg practice, the role lawyers play in areas such as AI, online safety and digital regulation, and the skills that make a strong commercial solicitor: judgment, curiosity, clarity, teamwork and calm under pressure.
