Tom has a background in dealing with legal expense funded claims and has a particularly specialism in clinical negligence claims. He trained with Stones (who merged with Trowers) before gaining experience in clinical negligence matters at DAC Beachcroft. He deals with all of the foreign jurisdiction clinical negligence claims. A fluent German speaker and keen skier, he works within the team but specialises in clinical negligence issues, general travel insurance coverage advice and ski and winter sports liability claims.
