Shazia is a partner in the housing and regeneration team with over 15 years’ experience of advising registered providers, local authorities and private developers. Shazia specialises in complex development and housing-led regeneration schemes and has experience of advising on development acquisitions, disposals and funding.
Shazia is known by her clients for her drive and commitment to get important and difficult projects through. She has been ranked as a Next Generation Partner in the Legal 500 UK since 2019 and has been ranked in Band 4 in the 2023 edition of Chambers and Partners UK.
