Mike joined Addleshaws in 1987 as a trainee and has been a partner since 1996. Mike specialises in public-private transactions, in advising public sector bodies and businesses in regulated industries of transport and energy. He established and led the firm’s projects practice for 20 years and has been head of Manchester office between 2017 and 2020. Mike is currently joint head of the firm’s health sector focus group.
Mike is chair of the Bridgewater Hall and a non-executive director of a NHS Foundation Trust.
