Ian is head of Manchester corporate and has expertise covering initial public offerings on AIM and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, public takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, disposals and corporate governance. Ian has extensive capital markets experience advising companies on rights issues, class transactions and takeovers in addition to advising investment banks. Ian is also a non-executive director of GB Taekwondo.
