Danielle is head of talent acquisition at Shoosmiths, and responsible for all hiring at the firm. She leads an award winning team of talent attraction and recruitment specialists nationally to find, attract and secure the best people for Shoosmiths. In her eight years at Shoosmiths, Danielle has established a highly effective resourcing function, with a focus on delivering superb candidate experience and sourcing talent digitally. The team support early careers, apprentice and graduate trainee solicitor programmes, as well as business services hiring and legal advisor hiring from paralegal to partner. An experienced recruiter, Danielle has worked within large, international and UK based organisations within law, professional services and investment banking. She is passionate about widening access to careers within professional services and running a transparent application process to allow candidates to perform to the best of their abilities. Her experience includes executive search, graduate recruitment and development, digital/ social recruitment, employer branding, and process change / transformation. Danielle joined Shoosmiths in 2012 and still genuinely loves it there, every day.
