Chloe has been a member of RPC’s people and talent development team since January 2016 and plays a leading role in resourcing RPC’s trainee solicitors. Chloe is involved in every stage of the recruitment process from marketing and attraction, reviewing applications, coordinating assessment days and managing RPC’s annual summer schemes. Chloe also provides HR support to RPC’s current intake of trainee solicitors and is involved in a number of inclusion and diversity initiatives within the firm.
