Caroline is a specialist real estate partner and lawyer specialising in real estate development work and landlord and tenant work. Caroline leads the firm’s real estate team in Norwich. She is also the training principal for Mills & Reeve which means she has overall responsibility for selecting future lawyers who apply to be trainees with the firm and certifying their training when they qualify.
