Benjamin Amos is an international counsel and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group, based in the London office. His practice focuses on advising sponsors of private equity funds, including buyout and distressed funds, in connection with a broad range of matters, such as fund formation and ongoing operational matters and co-investments, as well as advising on carry planning and management team spinouts.
