Andrew Lockerbie

Andrew is a partner in the banking and restructuring team and has specialised in restructuring since 2002.
Andrew advises a broad range of major financial institutions, funds and corporates on banking, restructuring and insolvency related mandates, having been seconded to the restructuring division of a major international bank earlier in his career. Andrew’s particular expertise covers advising lenders and borrowers on financial and security restructuring, company directors in the context of financial distress and major accountancy practices in their role as insolvency office holders. Andrew trained and qualified with Eversheds before moving to Nabarro (now CMS).
