The keynote speech will be delivered by Ella Donegan – partner at Cooley (UK) LLP. Ella advises clients on corporate matters across the business life cycle, with a particular focus on transactions at the intersection of the tech and life sciences sectors, including in the digital health space.

Before beginning her law career, Ella worked as a medical doctor in the NHS.
