Mike is a senior associate in the commercial team at Osborne Clarke. He acts for clients in technology-driven and digital media industries on a wide variety of matters. Mike has extensive data privacy experience, including leading compliance projects, carrying out data privacy audits, and advising on data privacy risk management.
Mike trained at a law firm in London, qualifying as a lawyer in 2013, before joining Osborne Clarke in 2015.

Georgina is an experienced data and technology lawyer, specialising in data protection and privacy, exploitation of data, intellectual property rights in data, digital regulation and technology transactions.
Georgina advises clients on a full range of data-related issues, with a particular focus on data protection and privacy compliance. She also supports our data litigation team, providing technical advice on complaints, civil claims and regulatory investigations relating to alleged breaches of data protection and privacy laws.

Charlotte is a senior associate in Michelmores’ tax, trusts and succession team, having joined the firm in 2018 after qualifying in 2015 with a practice in Cheltenham.
Charlotte has experience in dealing with a broad range of private client issues including advising on a number of estate planning and succession matters, administering and creating trusts and providing advice in relation to court of protection cases.
Zeno Frediani

Zeno Frediani advises clients on UK and EU competition law in relation to merger control, cartels and restrictive practices, abuse of dominance, and private damages claims. He also advises clients on the UK’s investment screening powers for national security matters.
He has extensive experience in providing commercial solutions to complex regulatory issues. Zeno advises world-leading organisations, particularly within the FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors.
Alastair Brown
Workshop leader, partner, Arnold & Porter LLP
Alastair Brown’s practice focuses on antitrust litigation and complex, commercial disputes in various jurisdictions. He currently represents the claimants in respect of Heineken’s pan-European trucks fleet for damages arising out of the EU trucks cartel as well as other drinks and consumer goods companies in large individual claims in the Dutch and UK courts. He is also defending a client in one of the first collective proceedings to be brought in the Competition Appeal Tribunal under the UK’s fast-growing collective proceedings regime.
Naina Gupta

Naina is a third-seat trainee in the competition team at Arnold & Porter. She began her training contract with the firm in September 2023 and her first two seats were complex litigation and white collar crime. Naina has completed her LLB and LLM at the London School of Economics, and she has previously worked at the European Commission (DG TRADE) and as an International Arbitration Clerk at Arnold & Porter.

Benjamin Amos is an international counsel and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group, based in the London office. His practice focuses on advising sponsors of private equity funds, including buyout and distressed funds, in connection with a broad range of matters, such as fund formation and ongoing operational matters and co-investments, as well as advising on carry planning and management team spinouts.
Noah Jefferies

Noah joined Michelmores as a trainee solicitor in September 2023. Currently, he in in his third seat in the projects team.
Prior to the commencement of the training contract, Noah completed the LLB (Hons) at the University of York and the LPC at the University of Law in Bristol.
In his spare time, Noah enjoys travelling abroad. He also enjoys purchasing a variety of value stocks for his portfolio.
