Ella advises clients on corporate matters across the business life cycle, with a particular focus on transactions at the intersection of the tech and life sciences sectors, including in the digital health space. Her experience includes advising investors and companies, from startups to high-growth companies, on projects including venture capital financings, M&A and general corporate transactions.
Before beginning her law career, Ella worked as a medical doctor in the NHS.
